RheaECD carries out economic and community development functions on behalf of Rhea Economic & Tourism Council, Inc. (RETC). RETC is Rhea County, Tenn.’s certified Joint Economic Development Board and was organized in 1997. RheaECD is wholly-owned and managed by RETC and its staff and board of directors.
